Priaulx heads to BMW's 'home' race

AFTER its first trip to Russia, the DTM now heads back home for the seventh round of the series in Germany.

Andy Priaulx will be pleased to return to one of his favourite tracks, the Nurburgring, where he hopes to score some more points in his Crowne Plaza Hotels BMW M3 DTM.

'This is a track I know well, but most of all from my visits there for the 24-hour race,' said the Guernsey driver.

'However, whether there for the race on the Green Hell or the shorter circuit we will be on this weekend, there is always a great crowd of very knowledgeable fans. The grandstands are always packed and the atmosphere is electric.'
