THE ongoing Rovers revolution faces another tough assignment tonight – a trip to Blanche Pierre Lane and one of its old faces in the St Martin's home dugout.

Jordan Gallienne's move from Port Soif over the summer, as well as the switch both ways of a number of players, adds extra spice to the Priaulx League encounter, one of two midweek clashes.

Last year's basement side go into the match on a high, Rovers beating Sylvans 3-0 first up, having previous reached the Rawlinson Cup final in which they lost out in the last minute to Bels.

Throw in opening day wins for their Jackson and Railway sides, while their under-16s won the Duquemin Cup, and first team coach Karl Addis is a happy man, albeit cautious.

'There is a confidence in the group at the moment and a buzz around the club, where we feel we can give anybody a game,' he said.

Two more sides looking to bounce back from disappointment are North and Sylvans, who meet at Northfield in tonight's other game.

Both matches kick off at 7.30pm.
