The former Hampshire professional struck 79 from just 45 balls, hitting six sixes and five fours in his stay at the crease to help Cobo rack up 126-7 from their 16 overs with captain Jamie Nussbaumer (14) and Ben Ferbrache (18) the other batsmen to reach double figures.

Island all-rounder Peatfield eventually removed Ravenscroft before Jack Byrne and Chris Markham followed in successive deliveries to complete his hat-trick.

Griffins fell 20 short in their run chase, although Jason Martin played impressively at the top of the order, making 54 from 47 deliveries.
