BRADLEY WATSON is targeting winning the Commonwealth bantamweight title before Christmas, as he prepares for his 10th professional fight.

The 23-year-old Guernseyman has fluctuated between flyweight and super-flyweight in his three-year unbeaten career, but is now firmly focused on the 115 to 118lb division.

And with the Commonwealth title being vacant since last December, a number of new faces have emerged looking to win the prestigious belt.

Fighting next on 11 October at the Camden Centre in London for the vacant International Masters belt against George Gachechiladze, the Sarnian is well into his preparations.

Gachechiladze is a 27-year-old Georgian who fought for the European title at super-bantemweight level earlier this year, only being stopped and defeated in the final round.
