Indies face Convicts in 'Upton' looking to claim treble

INDIES head to Jersey tomorrow looking to complete a historic treble.

The Guernsey Division One champions added the Men's Knockout Cup to their league title last weekend and now face Jersey champions OV Convicts at Les Quennevais with the aim of adding the Channel Islands club crown to their list.

They will also be looking to make up for lost time, too, as having won the Guernsey title last season, travel problems meant that there was no 'Upton' clash played in 2013-14.

'I do not think we have done the double before, so the fact that it could be a local treble is obviously a big thing for the club,' said captain Andy Alford.
