Guernsey name squad for European T20 Championship
TEENAGERS Josh Butler and Alex Bushell have both been named in the Guernsey squad for next month's ICC European Division One T20 Championship in Jersey – and there is a return for Tim Ravenscroft.
Former Hampshire professional Ravenscroft has not played in an ICC tournament for Guernsey in three years and this will be his first appearance under the captaincy of Jamie Nussbaumer.
However, Ravenscroft's experience will be vital in a 14-man squad which includes six players aged 19 or under.
The tournament starts on Saturday 9 May and lasts for five days.
