Cobo will start T20 Bataille as favourites

COBO have strength in depth as they look to secure their first piece of silverware of a possible five this summer in the Swoffers T20 Bataille at the KGV.

The one-day knockout tournament on grass wickets sees the players feature in the shorter format but under the guise of their Weekend League outfits.

But regardless of the competition, Cobo enter as favourites and they take on Rovers in the second of the semi-finals at 1pm tomorrow.

It all begins at 10.30am with 2mi Wanderers taking on Miton Optimal, with the winners facing off in the final come 5pm to settle the first trophy of the 2015 campaign.

For that middle game of the three, Rovers are without some big names including captain Lee Savident and are searching for players to fill a team, which will be skippered by Stuart Bisson.

While Cobo are overwhelming favourites to reach the final, the other last-four encounter between Wanderers and Miton looks far tougher to predict.
