OWEN THOMAS kicked a late drop goal to win a thriller for Raiders at Footes Lane on Saturday afternoon.

The home side were 8-3 ahead at half-time thanks to a Thomas penalty and a try from Lewis Hillier, with the Westcombe Park points coming from a James Cameron penalty.
After the break, Cameron reduced the deficit to two points with a drop goal of his own, but Adam Nixon darted over for a try to give Guernsey a 13-6 lead with 15min. remaining.
Westcombe hit back with a Omar Dixon try, which was converted by Cameron to level the scores with eight minutes remaining, but Thomas then came up with his moment of magic two minutes from time to clinch the win.
