'Jekyll and Hyde' Rovers wary of Saints

ROVERS can close the gap to three points on at least one of the FNB Priaulx league frontrunners tomorrow.

But Jez Robin's side will have to wear their 'Dr Jekyll' face for the visit of St Martin's to Port Soif if they are to narrow the gap in a league which the coach insists they can still win.

Robin's men ended Vale Rec's unbeaten league record last weekend and the coach is asking for a repeat performance from his strangely inconsistent side who were 2-0 down to Saints when they met at Blanche Pierre Lane on the opening day of the season before battling back to scrape a 2-2 draw.

'We have been inconsistent but, overall, not bad,' was Robin's assessment of the season to date.

In tomorrow's other Priaulx League game, Vale Rec travel to bottom of the table Rangers.

Both games kick off at 2pm.
