MATT OSBORN produced a brilliant last lap to claim victory in the big local race in St Peter Port as part of the day of events for the visit of Sir Bradley Wiggins yesterday.

THE Mug Mountain Bike Tour of Guernsey reached an exciting climax on Sunday with the under-12 rider Joe Le Cheminant taking the title of overall winner of the 2013 competition winning with the lowest score after seven days of racing.

AS THE curtain came down on Guernsey’s dominant Island Games cyclists, Hannah English once again showed how bright her future is with a stunning performance in Glasgow.
