ob West, currently based at Millfield, Dom McLuskey and Heather Watson, travelled with high expectations.
Watson reached the final of the under-12 girls' singles, in which she narrowly lost in a third-set tie-break to a close friend of her, Sian Bayliss.
McLuskey reached the semi-finals of the under-16 boys' singles, in which he lost to another Millfield pupil, Rob Lowe, 7-5 6-3.
However, playing up an age group, he reached the final of the under-18 boys' singles in which he, coincidentally, had to play West.
In the all-Guernsey affair, West had the better start and held his nerve in the second set to win 6-1 6-3.
The two Sarnians also reached the final of the under-18 boys' doubles, in which they ran out comfortable winners, 6-3 6-2, against the Oxford pair of David Tuck and Tom Astle.
