OLIVER LANGLOIS headed the Guernsey Table Tennis Association's junior CI Top 12 qualifiers. Langlois absolutely stormed through the competition, thrashing every one of the seven he played against.

The winner dropped only two games all tournament, to his brother, Adam, who finished second, and Liam Robilliard.

The top six, which was completed by Robilliard, Matthew Stubbington, Paula Le Ber and Bethany Pipet, qualified to play against the best six players from Jersey on 27 January at the GTTA Centre at Hougue du Pommier.

But Pipet is unavailable, and her place goes to seventh-placed Andrew Stone.
