RYAN BISHOP guided Rovers to another win with the first hundred of the Division One season last night. The South African's 101 not out laid the foundations for a comfortable 30-run victory over Corinthians at Port Soif, hitting 10 fours during his 70-ball knock.

Tim Duke and Jody Bisson chipped in with useful contributions but there was no doubt who the star was as Rovers racked up 163 for four in 20 overs.

Corinthians' reply was soon in trouble as Rob Turville took the first two of his three wickets - making it 10 in a week for him - and although Tim Ravenscroft, Pierre Moody and Tom Kirk batted well, the task proved beyond them.

Meanwhile, at the KGV Matt Oliver and TJ Ozanne took Cobo to their third 10-wicket win of the campaign as they reached Optimists' target of 103 with more than five overs remaining.

Gary Rich had earlier claimed five wickets for the victors.
