ONLY two of the six sections in the Ernst & Young Summer Touch League have different leaders after week two of the second half. Brotown, Argyll Investments, Deloitte and Touch Mixed and A Women's Touch hold on to their respective leads in the Mixed A, Mixed B, Mixed C and Ladies leagues.

But JOCA have moved into top position of Men's A on try difference and there is now a tie between Isabel's and Specsavers Stags at the top of Men's B.

'The league is going incredibly well and the standard that we are seeing is improving week on week,' said Guernsey Touch spokesman Andrew Hutton.

'Some of the more established teams are definitely feeling the pressure as the newer teams find their confidence and pick up new skills and it's impossible to say who will be celebrating on finals night on 8 August.'

Having won both their matches, Brotown lead the Mixed A with six points after their 4-2 win over Source Sorcerers. Walbrook Funky Bunch jump from fourth to second with five points after beating Trys R Us 7-3 and just behind Walbrook on try difference are Untouchables Mixed who beat Mercator Musketeers 5-2.

The top three positions in Mixed B remain unchanged.

Argyll Investments' 11-1 win over Ogier Mixed gives them six points but their impressive try difference of 19 puts them ahead of Specsavers Squirrels who also have six points after beating Partners Group 4-3. PwC Mixed move into fourth place after a 2-1 win over KPMG.

Deloitte and Touch are the only team in Mixed C to have won two games and stay on top with six points after a 4-2 win over Generali Group who are two behind and remain in second.

A 3-3 draw between Erik Will Fix It and HSBC Panthers Mixed puts the former in fourth. Healthspan are bottom with one point after a bye. They played a friendly against Touchy Feely and lost 1-2.
