AN INSPIRED third quarter saw Experience gain the upper hand on Panthers and ultimately success in the inaugural Condor Super League.
The grand final was always going to be a clash of styles, with the fast pace of Panthers against the more controlled play of the Vets, and it produced a match worthy of the showpiece occasion.
Straight from the off it was obvious that it would be a tight game.
'Panthers will rue the missed chances, but they are a very young side that has much to offer. Over the next season or so they will mature and I am sure we will see a lot more of them and all the other teams,' said development officer Gill Queripel, who also coached Vets.
