THE Guernsey Velo Club is holding its own Olympics tomorrow evening.
The Olympic Omnium is to celebrate the start of the Beijing Olympics and with it Great Britain's anticipated medal success in cycling during the Games.
The event will also see the visit of two of Britain's top cycling officials. Both Gary Coltman, the British Cycling Olympic Talent Team performance manager and Stuart MacDonald, the Olympic Talent Team coach for the south west, will be at the Delancey circuit assessing Guernsey's top young cyclists.
