CENKOS YOBBOS sent out a stark warning to the rest of Investec Men's Division One on Saturday.
With their new superstar signing, Ben Allberry, Yobbos defeated reigning champions Coreix Unwantables by a staggering 14-5.
Admittedly, Unwantables were without big guns Adie Peacegood, Andy Alford and Phil Ogier, but they had no answer to Allberry and his drag flicks.
He scored eight of the goals. Even before the match, Unwantables' new captain Peacegood admitted that his team had a fight on their hands to retain the title.
Last year saw them win the league for the first time since 1993.
The former island captain took over the Unwantables reins from veteran defender John Bell, who has retired.
Along with Bell, Unwantables have also lost Rob Newton, who was the league's top goal scorer last year.
