The big two sidelined

SIX newcomers will make their Guernsey debut tomorrow night in the electric atmosphere of a Beau Sejour open show.

But there will be no Matt Jennings or the hard-hitting Latvian, Bruno Bigelis. Amalgamated Boys' Club coach Graham Guilbert (pictured) was delighted to report that more than a third of the 15-bout card against the North of England Select is made up of first-timers.

Tom Duff will top the bill, while James Woolnough is set to be involved in another cracker against Tommy McGuckin.
