FRESHLY groomed for the long flight to India tonight, table tennis boss Derek 'Webbie' Webb yesterday spoke of his frustration at the lack of competition information.

The Commonwealth Youth Games party left the island today largely in the dark as to whom they will come across when competition starts on Sunday.

Webb, like other team managers, has been searching for information without much success. As yet no draws or seedings have been published, nor entry lists.

'All I know is those who will be representing the home countries and that there will be 53 boys playing and 47 girls,' said Webb (pictured).

And among those girls is Alice Loveridge who, along with tennis star Heather Watson, is fancied to do particularly well at an event which features 70 countries across all the sports.
