NORTH have moved two points clear in the race for the Priaulx Cup.

While fellow title contenders St Martin's and Bels were fighting out a 2-2 draw at Blanche Pierre Lane on Saturday afternoon, the chocolate-and-blues beat Sylvans 2-0 at St Peter's with Gavin Le Page marking his return to action with the opening goal in the third minute.

Matt Loaring (pictured) scored the other for Mick Le Prevost's side.

Rangers, meanwhile, held on to third with a come-from-behind 2-1 win against Vale Rec at St Andrew's.

The results left both Bels and Saints feeling disappointed that they could not find a winning goal.
