The event is designed primarily to encourage youngsters within the four Channel Island clubs who have not yet reached medal standard at CI championship level.
Consideration times are set with 'speeding tickets' being issued to those swimmers recording times three seconds faster than their entry times.
The Barracudas contingent swam well and returned with a huge medal haul of no fewer than 10 gold, 18 silver and 18 bronze medals.
Competing in the youngest age group, eight-year-olds, Hannah Rosumek particularly excelled, winning two events, the 50m individual medley and 50m breaststroke in 1-50.41 and 56.27 respectively.
