The light blues are one of the oldest clubs in the island with a proud tradition, but they are currently in disarray with a lack of cricketers good enough for the top flight.
They are also without a captain.
'We don't want to weaken the rest of the club for the sake of first team. It's about striking a happy balance.'
Noyon also said that they had a number of players retiring, including Phil Challenger.
The medium pace bowler had resorted to bowling off-spin in the last couple of seasons to great effect and will sorely be missed.
They will also be without Ben Taylor this campaign.
