COBO wrapped up a domestic league double at the KGV at the weekend.

On Friday night they defeated St Pierre to keep their hands on the Barclays Wealth Evening League Division One title before getting the better of Wanderers yesterday to retain the GCA Championship.

'It was good and obviously we would have taken that at the start of the season,' said Cobo captain Stuart Le Prevost.

'The boys "done good".'

Le Prevost starred with the bat for his side yesterday as he got 88 before Pierre Moody bowled him while going for a big shot towards the end of the innings.

Young all-rounder Jonny Warr collected himself a useful 58 not out down the order as well.

On a slow and low track, Cobo's 246 from 45 overs was always going to be testing and Wanderers' task seemed all the harder when they found themselves 53 for six.

Only Moody put up any resistance with 54 as Wanderers were eventually bowled out for 162 in the 42nd over.

On Friday night in the gloom at the KGV, Cobo sewed up the Evening League Division One when they got the better of St Pierre by 10 wickets.
