Mr S. Wiltshire – erect extension on side elevation and sun lounge to rear at La Chaumiere, La Rocquette.

Mr and Mrs S. Lloyd – temporary removal of gates, railings and posts and install temporary field gate (protected building) at St George, St George's Road.

Dunbar Properties Ltd – change of use from photographic studio (light industrial use class 37) to offices (administrative, financial and professional services use class 21 or 22) at Houmet House, Rue des Houmets.

Mr P. Page and Ms L. Guard – remove hedge and erect fencing and replace hedge at Journeys End, La Brigade.

Whitworth Holdings – erect a single storey extension at La Colombe, Rue Poudreuse.

ST PETER PORT

Mrs L. Le Page – raise ridge height and install dormer window to the rear and three rooflights at Eden, Le Grand Bouet.

Glategny Holdings Ltd and G4 Ltd – variations to works previously approved to construct car park, erect four residential units and enabling works – fell existing trees adjacent to north boundary and install replacement planting at land between Don Street and Les Canichers including Crevichon, Les Canichers.

Mr and Mrs A. Whitmore – erect a single storey extension at Le Coin, Les Cotils.

States of Guernsey Culture and Leisure Department – erect a sign at Fermain Tavern, Fort Road.

Chateau Holdings Ltd – demolish outbuilding, construct a dower unit, provide a parking area for the glasshouse and to define domestic curtilage (revised) at St Pierre, Route des Adams.

Mrs S. Noyon – demolish existing porch and replace with larger porch at Western Community Centre, Rue de Longfrie.

Mr J. Ogier – extend and alter dwelling and install dormer window at 1, Roland Road.

Ardwick Investments Ltd – change of use from storage of sui generis storage to class 34 (Storage/Distribution) (Goods Transfer/Distribution).

Mrs P. Falla – reconstruct and raise height of roadside wall and granite face existing wall at The Gables, La Grande Rue.

TORTEVAL

Chateau des Tielles Residential and Nursing Home – variation to plans previously approved – re-position fire escape at Chateau des Tielles Residential and Nursing Home, Rue des Tielles.

Mrs M. Moore – extend domestic curtilage at La Croisee Farm, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – carry out excavation work, re-align boundary wall and erect fence at North Side.

Mr and Mrs S. Green – extend and alter dwelling at La Prima, La Mares Pellees Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Murray – demolish existing extension, extend and alter dwelling and convert part of barn into habitable accommodation at Les Annevilles, Rue de Haut.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
