The Greens face Twickenham away from home in London Two South-West, one week after the agonising 9-6 defeat to London Cornish.

Guernsey captain Simon Sharrott admitted that his side were taught some harsh lessons at Foote's Lane last weekend and he is keen to eradicate silly penalties as well as be more clinical in attack.

'We will go over there confident that we can do a job and get the two points,' said Guernsey captain Simon Sharrott.

'We will have to battle it out up front, which I am confident we can do, and of course spread the ball wide as and when the opportunities come along.

'But those opportunities will only come along if we do the basics well and not give away mindless penalties in defence.

'And when the opportunities do come along, it is imperative that we capitalise on them as we found out from last week.'
