The England indoor cricket team are taking on the island side at the Indoor Cricket Guernsey centre in early March.
'We'll be looking to pick the squad to play against England from the Premier League,' said the ICG's Lee Savident.
'We're trying to get more of the better players playing against each other more.'
The Premier League will feature four teams from the autumn's Division One – PKF Wanderers, DHS St Pierre and Louvre Group Rovers along with Division Two champions KPMG Vipers Elite.
The Savident-captained Rovers look early favourites to take the title after they defeated Wanderers in the Grant Thornton Division One Grand Final in December.
Also Division One champions Cobo, with their glittering array of island stars, have decided not to enter a side because the team's organiser Jamie Nussbaumer has gone to play cricket in South Africa for three months with his brother and Cobo teammate Luke.
