Mr and Mrs N. Gale – demolish existing dwelling and erect replacement at La Chatelaine, Rue a Fresne.

Mr and Mrs S. Bruschini – erect single-storey extension on side (east elevation) and install flue at Maison du Moulin, King's Mills Road.

Bonsai Ltd – erect new sign and alter fenestration at Harbour Mews, South Quay.

Education Department – alter position of entrance doors on upper and lower ground floor levels. Remove existing window and panel and install door on west and east elevation. Adjust paving level and fish pond to form access ramp with handrail on east elevation lower ground floor level at Delancey Campus, College of Further Education, Delancey Hill.

Mrs A. Smith and Mrs E. Pitman – install window at side of dwelling at La Cachette, Vale Road.

Mr M. Simon and Miss P. McDermott – erect ground-floor extension at rear (west elevation) incorporating three rooflights (north elevation) a flue and sun tunnel (south elevation) and alterations, install UPVC replacement windows and alterations to openings at Redlands, Route Militaire.

Mr L. Robert – remove existing garage door and install window at Una Cottage, Les Tracheries Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Brown – demolish existing porch and erect an extended replacement to include cloakroom at Le Grand Courtil, Les Tracheries Road.

Mr and Mrs T. Le Cras – demolish and rebuild chimney on north elevation, reconstruct two front dormer windows incorporating glazed cheeks and reconstruct porch at Les Lucarnes, Rue des Cottes.

Mr I. McKellar – alter and convert former windmill to ancillary accommodation to dwelling, replace sails and mechanism on windmill, install replacement timber-framed windows and timber door and new sheet lead roof incorporating a balcony with a wind sail mechanism at Le Mont Saint, Rue du Mont Saint.

Mr and Mrs R. Sarre – erect a conservatory (rear elevation) at Ipsos, 5, Liberation Drive, Route des Clos Landais.

Mr and Mrs m. Le Page – enlarge existing dormer to rear of property to create a balcony and install a dormer window to front of property at Ecaille de Verre, Rue des Bordes.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs Le Marchant – erect a shed (retrospective) at Les Loriers, Rue de Rougeval.

Mr and Mrs A. Mitchell – remove existing garage doors to the front and rear of dwelling, install window to the front and bi-folding doors to the rear and block up existing window to the side of dwelling at Chalten, Rue de la Rocque.

VALE

Mr and Mrs R. Martin – demolish existing garden room and erect new garden room to rear of property at La Concha, La Ville Baudu.

Mr and Mrs G. Guille – install additional dormer window (west elevation) and replacement windows at La Rance, Houmtel Lane.

Mr and Mrs J. and F. Murray – variations to works previously approved – alter fenestration to rear, re-slate main roof, rebuild parapets, rebuild chimney stacks, replace rooflights and install additional rooflight on north elevation (protected building) at Les Annevilles, Rue de Haut.

Mr and Mrs M. Byrne – replace ground-floor flat roof at rear on existing extension (south elevation) with pitched roof and replace existing window with bi-fold doors (south elevation) at Santa Clara, Houmet Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
