Internal alteration (protected building) at Baubigny Arsenal, Le Bordage.

Ms F. Robin – install two dormer windows, rooflights, erect porch to front of property and demolish chimney at Partheni, Rue de la Maladerie.

Mrs J. Crowley – demolish existing conservatory and extend and alter dwelling to side and rear, including dormer window and rooflights, at Rose Ville, Rue au Page.

VALE

States of Guernsey Housing Dept – demolish extension on number one and part of roadside wall to create vehicular access road and rear car-parking area (options a, b and c) at 1-5 Carriere Lane.

Mr T. Rigden – extend and alter dwelling, erect extension to south elevation, porch to front and rear, install dormer windows and erect new chimneys at Le Coin, La Vielle Marais.

Mr and Mrs P. J. English – erect two portable buildings and an oil tank at rear (south-west) elevation (retrospective) at Rue de la Cache Workshops, Rue de la Cache.

The Guernsey Cricket Board – erect single-storey extension (south elevation) to provide fitness and treatment rooms at Indoor Cricket Centre, Route de la Hougue du Pommier.

Mr and Mrs K. Davidson – demolish part of roadside wall to create vehicular access at Heavenly, Rue de Houmet.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
