Mr and Mrs L. Norledge – erect post and rail and mesh fencing on north, west and east boundaries at Helovar View, Rue de la Perruque.

Mr and Mrs G. Hall – demolish existing chimney stacks and rebuild to reduced stack height (protected building) at Glebe House, Rue du Presbytere.

J. Chantry – erect pitched roof sun lounge at side (south east elevation) incorporating a balanced flue and replace garage door with window at front at Lever du Soleil, Clos de Grandes Mielles, Rue de la Ronde Cheminee.

Mr and Mrs R. Hutchins – variations to previously approved works – raise ridge and eaves height of gable at front (east) elevation and use for habitable accommodation, install window and two rooflights, omit recessed balcony and extend first-floor gable extension at rear (west) elevation, and demolish chimney at Brigadoon, Rue des Pointes.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr and Mrs P. and G. Norman – demolish existing outbuilding and conservatory and erect extension on side (north) elevation at Driftwood, Hubits de Bas.

Mr and Mrs K. Howick – erect a detached garage and vary works previously approved to extend dwelling – remove chimney, replace window on north elevation, install two rooflights on west elevation at Yew Tree Cottage, Les Hubits de Haut.

Mr and Mrs Van Vliet – variations to works previously approved – alter fenestration and doorways and replace glazed roof with solid roof on sun lounge at Kingfisher, La Vequeesse.

Linden House Ltd – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter dwelling – re-locate ground floor window and install new first floor window in gable on south east elevation at Linden House, 21, The Citadel, Fort George.

The Guernsey Yacht Club – extend building on north elevation to increase size of kitchen (Option 1 and 2) at The Guernsey Yacht Club, Castle Emplacement.

Mr and Mrs G. Allez – remove existing gazebo and construct single-storey wide extension to south elevation at Patris, Route de la Marette.

Mr T. Chesney – demolish existing barn and outbuildings and replace with oak framed building providing ground floor garage, car port and storage and first floor accommodation incorporating a gable balcony and external staircase, erect log store at side (south) at La Fontenelle Farm, Rue du Felconte.

Mr and Mrs R. Reddall – change of use from self catering to dwelling at La Bonarde, Rue des Crabbes.

Emmanuel Evangelical Baptist Church – install a plaque on front elevation at Emmanuel Chapel, Longue Rue.

TORTEVAL

Mrs J. Adams – variations to works previously approved to erect stable block – resite stable block at Fleur Michelle, Route des Laurens.

Mr A. Holt – erect replacement dwelling at Clos du Chasseur, Rue de Rougeval.

Mr and Mrs S. Nicolle – extend and alter dwelling to rear of property at Le Crolier, Route de Crolier.

VALE

Mrs B. Gunningham – erect two-storey house at Brygurn, Braye Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Robert – demolish existing outbuilding and extend and alter lean-to shed to create double garage at May Court, Route du Camp du Roi.

Mr A. Le Poidevin – change of use of packing shed to Storage/Distribution Use Class 30 and 34 and/or 35 at Oakleigh Vinery, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
