Katherine Jenkins and Sarnia Cherie wow two full houses

Katherine Jenkins wowed fans at Beau Sejour with two performances at the weekend.

Packed houses saw the Welsh sensation perform a variety of classics and the 29-year-old even sang Sarnia Cherie, much to the delight of the audience.

She also spent time talking to some of those in the crowd and answering questions submitted by fans during the first half of the show.

Questions on Friday night included one from a man wondering if Miss Jenkins would like an escort to show her around the island.

Another fan, Phil Henry, 55, said, 'It was a really good show. She interacted with the audience really well and singing Sarnie Cherie was a nice touch.'
