CASTEL

Mr and Mrs R. Guille – create new vehicular access and parking area, construct planters and remove tree at Les Fauxquets de Bas, Rue des Fauxquets.

Mr N. Ozanne – change of use of packing shed to storage and distribution (use class 30) at Le Cherverie, Rue du Gele.

Mr and Mrs J. Knowelden – extend and alter dwelling, install first floor balcony terrace (south and west elevations) at Beachcomber Cottage, Vazon Road.

Mr J. Ridout – remove hedge and reduce height of part of roadside wall each side of the main access (retrospective) at Bon Temps, Ruette des Delisles.

Ben Wakefield – fell a protected tree at Jacksons Garage, Rue des Landes.

ST ANDREW'S

Mr and Mrs R. Wragg – demolish porch, construct three storey extension to the north, first floor extension to the west, including a juliet balcony, form two dormer windows and two roof lights, change openings to external walls and carry out internal alterations, including removal of two staircases (protected building) at The Meadows, Route des Blicqs.

Mrs S. Fallaize – remove porch and extend and alter dwelling to front and install window to side at Pine Cottage, Rue des Buttes.

Mr and Mrs A. Aspinall – erect extension to north-west with verandah and extension to south-west to include patio with steps and porch at Redroofs, Les Traudes.

Mr and Mrs W. Hunter – extend and alter dwelling to front and side, install rooflights and glazed gable on east elevation. Demolish conservatory to rear and rebuild and change openings at La Providence, Ville Amphrey.

Mr and Mrs A. Bates – erect a two storey extension on south elevation of dwelling at Vue de Mer, Ville Amphrey.

Doyle Villa Ltd – extend and alter dwelling to rear, including balcony and roof lights to front, and install captain's dormer at Doyle Villa, Jerbourg Road.

Mr P. Yates – alterations to outbuildings to create two self-catering holiday units at La Vrangue Lodge, La Vrangue.

Guernsey Post Ltd – remove four trees and path to create new access and install gate at Envoy House, La Vrangue.

G. R. Properties Ltd – demolish first floor extension, install meter cabinet to rear of property, reconstruct existing wall and reposition opening and construct pitched roof cover to basement steps at side (protected building) at Sunnycroft, Grange Road.

The trustees of the Guille-Alles Library – replace glazing on internal windows on intermediate and second floor landings (protected building).

Miss K. Batiste – erect first floor extension and alter dwelling to create two flats, install rooflights and create a balcony to west elevation at Wolfsburg, Lower Vauvert.

Mrs I. George – extend and alter dwelling to side and install roof lantern at Au Soleil, 39, Avenue Morley, Fort George.

States Property Services – remove three cowls from roof at electricity substation, South Esplanade.

Mr McClean and Mr McCarthy – extend and alter dwelling, alter openings and install dormer windows and rooflights to create habitable roofspace accommodation at L'Equelle, Rue de L'Eclet.

Ms S. Bretel – extend dwelling and install sun tunnel on east side at Notre Nid, Rue Rocheuse.

Mrs W. D. White – remove leylandii hedge at Route des Sages.

Mr and Mrs J. de Garis – reduce size of conservatory and install patio doors (rear elevation) and install door in place of window (side/east elevation) at Le Bocage, Rue des Reines.

D. D. I. Investments Ltd – install door and windows to convert store to study at Woodside Farm, Rue des Falles.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr and Mrs Burrows – erect a link conservatory to north of property at Le Courtil Daniel, La Route du Braye.

Mr S. Cottell – variation of permission to erect garage – increase height of roof at Maison Laurier, Les Portes.

Mr and Mrs B. Newman – extend and

alter dwelling including accommodation in the roof space at Heathside, Sandy Lane, L'Islet.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs S. Bourge – construct a car port, granite wall and hedging at Le Hurel Farm, Le Frie Baton Road.

VALE

Mr and Mrs C. Roussel – erect lobby to north east elevation, remove existing rear door and install window, install two rooflights to kitchen (Protected Building) at Rosewood, Les Rouvets Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Whitmore – extend and convert outbuilding to a unit of residential accommodation, demolish outbuildings and erect fencing at La Charruee Vinery, Rue du Douit.

Mrs L. C. Heyworth – erect a chain-link fence around quarry and along north eastern and eastern section of boundary at rear of property at Pres de Carriere, Portinfer Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list. However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
