Mr and Mrs D. Le Tissier – erect extension and timber decking to the north of the property, extend dwelling to the west, demolish chimney and extend other chimney above existing roof lights at Bumble Bee Cottage, Rue du Marais.

Mr and Mrs D. Prigent – raise height of existing fences to rear by fixing trellis to top at 16, Victoria Avenue.

Mr C. Corbin – erect single storey extension at rear of dwelling to form garage and sunroom at Hillcrest, Route du Camp du Roi.

Mr and Mrs G. P. Gavey – demolish existing outbuildings and extension to rear of property. Raise ridge height and extend and alter dwelling to front, side and rear elevation. Install balcony and rooflights to rear and create parking area to front at Newlyns, Route des Clos Landais.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs G. Cook – raise ridge height, install two dormer windows (one with a Juliette balcony), alter two existing dormers, reposition one rooflight and install full length glazing to gables in west and south elevations at Les Tielles de Bas, Rue des Tielles.

Mr and Mrs I. Galliott – install seven rooflights on west elevation and one rooflight on east elevation (convert roofspace) at Zermatt, Rue des Mares.

VALE

Mr S. Stewart and Ms A. Geluk – erect an underground garage, changing room and plant room and install swimming pool, alter vehicle access and instal gates and pillars at Eastview, Le Parcq Lane.

Mr and Mrs B. E. Veillard – extend and alter dwelling – erect bay window extension to front of property and extension to rear of property (exempt) at Aigle, Houmtel Lane.

Mr J. Kaill and Miss T. Cochrane – construct a flat roof extension to rear and side of dwelling at Arroya, Rue du Pont Vaillant.

Mr J. Guilbert – erect a conservatory at The Green, Rue Pelouse.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
