Queripel leaves Cobo

ISLAND opening bowler Blane Queripel has changed clubs mid season.

The Cobo Tigers man, pictured, has joined Wanderers with immediate effect and will spearhead their challenge in the CI League campaign.

Cobo club captain Stuart Le Prevost said while he was disappointed to lose such a quality player he wished him well.

'Blane wants to further his island career and thinks the best way of doing that is by playing in a side where he is regularly batting and bowling.'
