BAUBIGNY Farm could be converted into six homes.
The States-owned building will go back on the market with approved plans to develop the site into five two-bedroom and one single bedroom houses with car parking.
The farm was bought in August 2005 for £800,000 to ensure access to the Baubigny Schools.
In March this year, States Property Services applied to build onto the protected farm and convert its barn to residential units before selling it.
Head of estate management John Silvester said they were keen to market the property within the next few weeks.
