Mr and Mrs S. Torode – change of use of south-west wing to provide a self-catering unit at Le Marais Cottage, Rue du Marais.

Education Department – demolish existing and erect new secondary school and community sports building at Les Beaucamps School, Ruette des Delisles.

Mr and Mrs G. Killick – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter dwelling/barn to create dower unit – demolish and reconstruct chimney stack and install coping, alter and add pitched roofs to existing dormer windows on north elevation at La Retraite, Route de Saumarez.

Mr and Mrs D. Podmore – demolish water tower and shed and erect a double garage at La Traude, Les Traudes.

Mr and Mrs N. D'A. Le Tissier – variations to previously approved works – raise ridge height of rear four-storey wing extension and install two rooflights at The Willows, Nocq Road.

Baubigny Properties Ltd – demolish building and erect two light industrial units (use class 37) at former States Water Board site, Baubigny Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Joy – convert and extend barn to form pool house/garden room at Le Manoir de Haut, Les Effards Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Christian – demolish existing extensions and erect single-storey and two-storey extension to rear (north). Erect glazed link to existing outbuilding, relocate rooflight, replace windows and alter fenestration at La Maison du Mont Saint, La Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs S. Galpin – erect two-storey extension at side of property (east elevation), erect porch and install door on north elevation at Carina, Longue Rue.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs Cantle – erect conservatory at rear of property at La Pierre Rouge, Route des Laurens.

Mr and Mrs R. Hendry – demolish existing garage/store and erect new garage/store at La Verniaz, Route de la Lague.

VALE

Mr and Mrs C. Gleeson – remove part of roadside wall to create wider vehicle access at Santa Maria, Route des Coutures.

Mr D. Jones – change of use from light industrial use class 37 to storage/distribution use class 35 to operate as an archive store at Jones & Bradburn building, Braye Road Industrial Estate.

Mr and Mrs T. Martel – demolish conservatory and erect an extension on the east elevation to include a lantern light, alter roof, install glazed gable at first floor, remove chimney, install two rooflights and a dormer and change window openings at Westview, Bunker Hill.

Ms C. Bougourd – remove chimney at rear of property at Aberfeldy, Rue du Pont Vaillant.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
