The talented 15-year-old (pictured) was the talk of the clubhouse on Saturday night after a brilliant gross 67, net 63, saw him claim both the scratch and handicap honours in the Investec L'Ancresse Open.
It was his second big win of the season, having claimed the Brymay Cup back in May, and he is now down to a three handicap.
Certainly the whispers among those in the know at the weekend were that he must be in contention for the Sarnian team who will defend the Condor Challenge Trophy on the weekend of 11-12 September.
