Favourites are all back for the West Show

THE West Show is on.

Yesterday it was the turn of the horse-riding community only but today the gates are open to everyone.

And despite a gloomy weather forecast earlier in the week, showgoers now risk just a light shower.

The annual show, held at the former L'Eree aerodrome, will see the return of competitions such as flower arranging, fruit and vegetable and farm produce classes and children's and adults' arts and crafts.

Entries will be on display in the exhibition tents and will be judged this morning.
