Mr G. Blondel – demolish existing and erect replacement garage (north-west elevation) and reduce height of wall and create pedestrian access (south-west elevation) at La Gouvanniere, Les Merriennes.

Mr G. Blondel – demolish garage and porch and extend and alter dwelling to rear and side, replace existing door with window and install three roof lights to rear of property at Petite Gouvanniere, Les Merriennes.

Miss Z. Gallienne – demolish section of roadside wall and create vehicular access and parking area, remove hedge and reduce height of existing roadside wall (remove coping) at 1, La Rue de la Corbinerie.

Mr and Mrs A. Dennis – install swimming pool to rear of property at Waikiki, Le Bordage Clos, La Ramee.

Mr M. Harris – install four cooling units at Postal Headquarters, Envoy House, La Vrangue.

Wave Telecom Ltd – erect extension to data handling centre on west elevation, install four external electrical generators and 10 air conditioning units at roof level (options 1 and 2 attenuation/screening). Install security fencing along north and west boundaries at Wave Data Centre, First Tower Lane, Grand Bouet.

Kings House Ltd – variation to works previously approved – remove existing approved pillar on north elevation at Kings House, The Grange.

Mr Toussaint – demolish dwelling and erect two semi-detached dwellings at Winsford, Saltpans Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Stokes – change of use to dwelling (residential use class 1) at La Forge Business Centre, Grand Fort Road.

Mr I. Quinn – extend and alter dwelling to rear to create a changing room and plant room, install solar panels at La Porte, Les Portes.

Aladdin's Cave Ltd – variation to works previously approved to erect additional retail and storage building and additional parking. Changes include new glazed canopy, screen/windbreak, steps and ramp (north-east and south-east elevations), removal of existing roller shutter door and new steps (south-west elevation) at Aladdin's Cave, Les Canus.

Mr and Mrs S. Langmead – demolish conservatory, extend dwelling at ground floor level to rear and install dormer window and rooflights on rear elevation (north), install glazing in east gable, replace existing garage door with window and install two rooflights on south elevation and remove chimney at Les Laches, 4, Pepin d'Or, Les Petites Capelles Road.

Mr I. Domaille – erect tractor shelter/hay store on east elevation of barn at Les Prevosts, La Rue des Prevosts.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs A. Bott – variations to previously approved works – alterations to form dormer windows in dwelling and outbuilding at Le Menage d'Aval, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr and Mrs P. Young – erect a detached double garage with studio over at Torcamp, Le Dehus Lane, Kings Road.

Falles Motor Group Ltd – demolish existing and erect new garage forecourt building incorporating service station, shop and store (options A and B), refurbish forecourt including fuel pumps, canopy and forecourt area and create parking area to north-east of site (protected tree) at Vale Garage, La Route du Braye.

Falles Motor Group – reduce height of external wall at Vale Garage, La Route du Braye.

Mr F. J. Dowding – erect trellis and fencing on boundary wall, remove and replace hedging (retrospective) at The Dolphins, Rue de la Haie.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
