CASTEL

Mr and Mrs Gale – variations to previously approved works to demolish dwelling and erect replacement (revised) – install dormer windows on north, south and west elevations and rooflight on east elevation at La Chatelaine, Rue a Frenes.

Mr and Mrs M. Nicolle – raise height of lower section of granite wall at side (south) of dwelling to match existing wall at Grange de Haut, Candie Road.

Les Touillets Ltd – increase size of stables, construct new tractor shed and increase area of hard landscaping at Les Touillets, Les Touillets Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Dean – erect two storey extension to north elevation at Avray, Rue de la Hougue.

Mr and Mrs M. D. Solway – install four rooflights (front and rear elevations), erect chimney stack (rear elevation), block up window (side/north elevation) and replace windows and doors at Trevellan, Rue du Presbytere.

Mr and Mrs R. R. Nicholson – extend dormer window on rear (east elevation) of dwelling at Pamnuma, Clos des Emrais, Rue des Houmets.

Mr and Mrs C. Patch – close off existing and create new access, remove hedge, form new access drive, use agricultural land as part of garden, demolish part of wall and erect new wall at Carteret Farm, Route de Carteret.

Mr and Mrs D. Wallen – extend and alter dwelling to side including rooflights at Bay Tree Cottage, Les Nouettes.

Guernsey Airport – install new underground pump drainage station at airport fire station, Rue des Landes.

Ruette Holdings Ltd – remove garage door and install windows and door on east elevation. Remove external staircase on south elevation and install doors on west elevation. Replace door with window on first floor level south elevation. Enlarge raised terrace on east elevation at La Colombelle, Ruettes Brayes.

Ms S. Caine – extend dwelling to side (west) and rear (north), raise ridge height and install six rooflights and two cat slide dormer windows. Option one includes a balcony to south elevation, option two omits balcony, at Beauchamps, Rue de la Falaise.

Mr and Mrs J. Moulton – erect sunroom to south-west elevation (protected building) at La Falaise, Rue de la Falaise.

Bethanie Properties LBG – alter and convert chapel into residential unit at Bethanie Baptist Church, La Fosse.

A. J. Guilbert (Property) Ltd – demolish industrial unit (Unit 1) and erect two storey replacement comprising industrial use on ground floor and separate data and available storage (Storage and Distribution Use Class 35) use on first floor at Guilberts Industrial Centre, Collings Road.

Mr G. Malik – fascia signage at 13, Mansell Street.

Mr P. Ferbrache – fell leylandii hedge at Les Granges de Beauvoir Manor, Les Granges de Beauvoir.

Mr and Mrs Hanna – erect a conservatory (revised) (protected building) at Les Cambrees House, Rue des Charrieres.

Aladdin's Cave Ltd – provision of an attenuation tank and soakaway at Aladdin's Cave, Les Canus.

Mr S. Marriott – remove hedges and erect fencing at Cirkewwa, Les Abreuveurs Road.

Mr May and Miss Jackson – demolish dwelling, erect new one and widen existing vehicular access at Bits and Pieces, Sandy Hook, L'Islet.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr P. Vidamour – extend dwelling (rear elevation), install rooflights and new doorway at Les Amarreurs, La Biloterie Road.

VALE

Mrs V. W. Kilby – erect a fence and gate (protected building) at La Jaoniere, Rue de la Greve.

Mr R. Gillingham – re-roof office buildings with red pantile sheeting at Portinfer Coast Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
