CASTEL

Mr and Mrs C. Carr – install two dormer windows to front (south) elevation. Erect lean-to extension (north) elevation, install rooflight and catslide dormer window. Replace all existing doors and windows and internal alteration (protected building) at La Tourelle, Rue des Pages.

Mr J. M. Eborall – replace existing ground floor window with new UPVC window at Flat 2, 1, Carlton Place, Cordier Hill.

Grayhaven Ltd – variations to works previously approved to demolish existing building and redevelop site to provide nine flats – install rooflights and alter doors to UPVC on front elevation at 18, Victoria Road.

Infinity Green Ltd – erect four houses (revised) at new site (four houses), Petit Fontaine, Les Petites Fontaines.

Mr S. Harvey – convert roof space into habitable accommodation and install two rooflights at front (west) and one rooflight at rear and reposition existing rear rooflight at 2, Empire Place, Les Croutes.

Mr and Mrs Priaulx – alter windows and door openings to rear and side elevations at Bon Repos, Rue de Laitte.

Norman Piette Ltd – demolish existing Block B building and rebuild (revised); change of use of parcel of land from Use Class 36 (storage of fuel) to Use Class 32 (storage/distribution), building materials, at Norman Piette, Bulwer Avenue.

Fuel Supplies (CI) Ltd – erect pitched roof to existing storage shed at Bulwer Avenue.

Mrs J. Carre – change of use of two rooms from residential to office use (residential use class four) at Les Pointues Rocques, Rue des Pointues Rocques.

Mr and Mrs N. Piper – variations to works previously approved – install external spiral staircase from first floor terrace on north elevation at Ocean View, Rue du Rocher.

VALE

Mr and Mrs N. Wilkie – erect extension on side (south-west elevation) of dwelling at Soleil d'Or, Aucuba Clos, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs P. Hewitt – erect first floor extension at side (south east) at 7, The Laurels, Rue du Pont Vaillant.

Mr and Mrs J. Taylor – demolish existing conservatory. Extend and alter dwelling to side and rear including raised decking. Replace existing window with door and form roof terrace on south elevation. Install window to front at La Petite Tonniole, Pleinheaume Road.

The Guernsey Brewery Co. (1920) Ltd – erect raised timber deck area at side (north) with timber pergola, glazed screening and retractable roof cover and additional deck area and timber pergola to north-east of bunker at Houmet Tavern, Le Houmet.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
