The Sarnians won both matches 3-0 in Delhi, the second against Uganda described by team manager Derek Webb as 'a tremendous game where the boys were absolutely buzzing'.
Garry Dodd, Olly Langlois and Matt Stubbington were all in inspired form to turn in a fantastic performance.
Their match today will determine an unexpectedly high either 13th or 14th place finish out of 26. Either would be an excellent return for the men.
