A HOMEOWNER says he has been forced to share his house with raw sewage because of a drains dispute with his neighbour.

Mark Eddie, 47, (pictured) claims he has also had to knock down an extension and watch his St Peter Port property become uninhabitable because of next-door's waste backing up and 'spewing' out of a drain in his back garden.
Sometimes things have got so bad at his Rouge Huis Avenue home he has had to clear the blockages with his bare hands.
'The neighbour won't do anything because she says her tenants don't have a problem,' he said. 'I have tried bringing in Environmental Health and Guernsey Water as this is in the water catchment area. But they have done nothing about it - it just feels like they're knocking their heads together.'
Owner of the neighbouring property Patricia Bennett said she was aware of a drains problem but hoped it was now sorted.
