Mr and Mrs Osborne – erect single-storey extension to front of property at Le Coin, Forest Road.

Public Services Department – works to improve junction at Route de Plaisance and Route de la Tourelle at Route de Plaisance.

Mr B. Robinson – alterations to dormer to form balcony and alter fenestration at Fleur de Lys, Les Bas Courtils Road.

Norman Piette Ltd – demolish existing entrance lobby, create entrance doors with canopies on east elevation, alter doorways on south elevation, construct external fire escape on west elevation and create additional car-parking area at Norman Piette, Bulwer Avenue.

Harbour Authority – install four storage containers – retrospective, at Mont Crevelt, Bulwer Avenue.

Oatlands Holdings Ltd – demolish existing building in south-east corner of site and erect 1.5-storey play barn with single storey link to diner at Oatlands Craft Centre, Les Gigands.

Mr and Mrs A. Yabsley – form new pitched roofs over flat roofed side and rear extensions together with flat roofed link to provide habitable accommodation (revised) (protected building) at Dobree Lodge, Les Canus.

Cable & Wireless Guernsey – install a kerbside street cabinet at Stan Brouard Ltd, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs T. Nash – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter dwelling including amendments to fenestration and doors and insertion of rooflights at Nirvana, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
