Mr and Mrs K. Wheeler – demolish part of dwelling, raise ridge height, extend and alter dwelling, erect conservatory, create new vehicular access and parking area at Torvale, Route des Talbots.

Mr and Mrs R. Blackwell – erect two storey extension and glazed link to the rear and single storey extension and orangery to the side (east elevation) at Eturs Villa, Rue des Eturs.

Comh-Fiontar Ltd – variations to works previously approved to erect six dwellings – Unit 4 proposed flue at Hillside, Route du Tertre.

Mr and Mrs M. Robert – erect a fence (retrospective) at Bromarni, Rue Perrot.

EGJB Hangarage Ltd – erect an aircraft hangar with taxiway, apron and associated car parking area to west of Aero Club hangar and carry out alterations to road junction at La Planque Lane and Les Nouettes, including signage and traffic calming ramp, at site adjacent to Guernsey Airport, La Planque Lane.

Mr and Mrs Bougourd, Mr and Mrs Will and Mr H. C. Bougourd – sub-division of dwelling to create two separate residential units at La Contree de L'Eglise, St Andrew's Road.

Mr A. Prosser – demolish extension at side (east) and replace, install one rooflight at front (north) and one rooflight at rear, raise ridge height of dwelling and convert all roofspace to form habitable accommodation, install two dormer windows and one rooflight to front and two dormer windows and one rooflight to rear. Widen vehicular access, create earthbank along boundary wall and install wooden railway sleepers at Woodlands, La Vassalerie.

Mr and Mrs N. Smith – install a stainless steel flue (north-west elevation) at Gananoque, La Villiaze Road.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr and Mrs R. Norman – replace vine house with glazed garden room and paved area at Les Martins Lodge, Les Martins.

ST PETER PORT

Mr and Mrs D. De La Mare – erect retaining walls, erect boundary walls and pillars and construct steps at front of dwelling (revised) at Sur La Berge, Monument Gardens.

Mr S. Naftel and Mr T. Barnes – install replacement windows (front and rear elevations), demolish existing and erect replacement chimney stack (front elevation) and carry out remedial works (protected building) at 2, St James Place, Doyle Road.

Mr R. Wilkes-Green – variation to works previously approved – install an additional rooflight on front roof plane of each dwelling house (retrospective) at Las Palmas, Courtil St Jacques Estate, Courtil St Jacques.

St John Ambulance – demolish bunker and alter pedestrian access at St John Ambulance, Rohais.

Mr and Mrs M. Tallon – erect a sun lounge to rear of dwelling (north-west elevation) at Rose Cottage, Rozel Road.

Belmont Queens Holdings – demolish garages and residential block in north-west corner of site and erect 10 units of residential accommodation with associated car parking area at Queens Court Mews, Belmont Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Lacey – remove chimney on south-west elevation at Green Banks, Avenue Vivier, Ville au Roi Estate.

Mr R. Bishop – demolish garage and erect a dwelling at Godaines Avenue, George Road.

Mr M. Start – replace flat roof of outbuilding with pitched roof at La Chaumiere Cachee, Fermain Road.

Mr S. Beattie – erect flat roof extension on south elevation, alterations to fenestration, erect detached double garage to front of dwelling, remove and replace roadside hedge and relocate vehicle access at Mystique, York Way, Fort George.

Cable & Wireless Guernsey – retain two modular computer rooms and associated plant (rescind conditions) at Centenary House, La Vrangue.

ST PETER'S

Mr F. Flynn – remove first floor window and install patio doors (rear elevation) at Courtil St Pierre, Route de Plaisance.

Mr R. Le Tocq – erect garden tractor and equipment store at rear of property and extend domestic curtilage at Montrose, Route de Pleinmont.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr R. A. Porter – extend and alter dwelling on east elevation – increase height of wall on north elevation and alter access at Le Petit Fouillage, Route du Picquerel.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs P. Shand – convert outbuildings to two detached dwellings, erect boundary wall, create parking areas and demolish water tower at Les Domaines, Rue des Messuriers.

Mr and Mrs P. Lanoe – erect single storey extension to front and rear of dwelling and infill below existing window (front elevation) at Peacehaven, Rue des Crabbes.

VALE

Mrs A. Pike – remove section of roadside wall to widen existing vehicular access at Palma Nova, Rue du Tertre.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representation about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
