Mr and Mrs T. Le Tissier – variations to works previously approved, extend and alter dwelling and erect two-storey extension – extend ground floor extension and alterations to fenestration at Bramble Cottage, Route de l'Eglise.

Mr and Mrs W. McGowan – demolish existing conservatory and erect sunroom on west elevation at Osibisa, La Rocquette.

Medical Specialist Group – convert basement garage to storage/office, replace garage door with windows to rear (south-east elevation) and erect retaining wall at Medical Specialist Group, Alexandra House, Les Frieteaux.

Environment Department – lay public footpath and bridge stream with ex-railway sleepers on land at Rue du Moulin Huet.

ST PETER PORT

Ms L. Robins – erect a fence at Zeta Reticuli, 18, Jardin de Haut, Mont Arrive.

Mr R. C. Crowder – install two rooflights to rear of property (protected building) at Candie House, Candie Road.

Elizabeth College – remove asbestos roof from old squash court and replace with composite Corus roof panel at Elizabeth College, Grange Road.

Mr S. Naftel and Mr T. Barnes – install one rooflight to front of property and two rooflights to rear of property (protected building) at 2, St James Place, Doyle Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Leadbeater – erect a dwelling on site at Hougues Magues Lane.

Dr Chankun – install additional window in near rear extension on north-east elevation at Le Menage d'Aval, Rue des Simons.

VALE

Mr and Mrs B. Ogier – erect a conservatory on side (west elevation), create first floor terrace/balcony at rear (north elevation), replace window with door and install external staircase and alter three window openings on east elevation at Le Courtil Pignon, Les Grippios.

Directors of Sarnia Properties – change of use of existing storage units from commercial storage (use class 30) to data and archive storage (use class 35) at units 6, 7 and 10, North Side.

Mr M. C. Cohu – erect a metal garage and erect a fence and install gate at The Wing, Le Quatre Chemins, Ville Baudu.

Mr and Mrs McClean – erect rear extension at Kolapore, La Moye Road.

Mr D. Blanchard – demolish outbuildings and construct pigeon sheds (retrospective) at Blanchlande Cottage, La Garenne Road.

Mr N. and Mr C. Batiste – variations to previously approved works to convert garage into habitable accommodation and install glazed link to previously approved converted barn at Longue Rue Vinery, Longue Rue.

Mr A. Honey – erect shed on south of field to rear of property and erect post and rail fence across north boundary of property at New Dawn, Rue des Marais.

Mr and Mrs A. Tostevin – extend existing garage and convert to form a dower unit, including enlarged dormer window, on north-east elevation and first floor glazed gable on north-west elevation. Remove existing roadside hedge and erect three brick pillars at Okehampton, Portinfer Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
