Deputies Scott Ogier and David De Lisle took calls on a number of island issues, however the runway safety changes dominated.
Deputy De Lisle and a number of callers were concerned of the effect that would have on the western parishes.
Deputy De Lisle said other measures could be used to reduce the cost and limit the impact of the re-sited runway.
