A NEW property fund is concentrating mostly on the Channel Islands commercial market.
The Channel Islands Property Fund, a closed-ended investment company, has been launched by Cenkos Channel Islands.
It is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
It is aiming to provide investors with better returns at a time of low interest rates, with the fund's dividend yields anticipated to be 6% per annum.
So far, the majority of its investor funding has come from Guernsey and Jersey. But it has secured a large commitment from an unnamed London-based institution.
