THE Indoor Cricket Centre came alive on Sunday as the finals of the Grant Thornton Indoor Cricket Leagues crowned a fantastic autumn season.

Ten teams battled it out for the right to be called Grand Final champions, with Appleby 8s the first division kings.

But much was at stake for all the teams, because although winning the league competition is important, it really is who performs on the day that counts.

Much was expected of the Division One final as unbeaten Appleby 8s took centre stage against Vipers A.
