Mr and Mrs M. J. Legg – raise ridge height to form habitable accommodation in roof space, install catslide dormer window at rear (south-east elevation), glazed gable to side (north-east elevation) and three rooflights at front (north-west elevation). Mr L. Appleby – demolish outbuilding and erect a garage/store, a barn with stable and garden and machine stores at La Corbiere, Rue du Manoir Cote Sud.

Mr and Mrs J Nobes – variations to works previously approved – alter fenestration at sides (east and west elevations) and rear (north elevation) at Nantucket, New Road.

Mr and Mrs G. Greenway – block up access to south of site and enlarge pedestrian access to create vehicle access and reduce height of roadside wall (revised) at Wavetree House, Le Grand Bouet.

Oldwood Court Management – install eight satellite dishes at 10-25 Oldwood Court, New Paris Road.

Rutland Property Management – install two satellite dishes to rear of property at Marina Court, Marina and Courtyard Buildings, Glategny Esplanade.

Guernsey Water – extend and convert pumping station to a dwelling, demolish concrete water tank at Pre du Murie pumping station, Rue a l'Eau.

Dysons Properties Ltd – change of use from commercial storage (use class 30) to data and archive storage (use class 35) at Unit 6, Dysons Complex, South Side.

Mr T. Gallichan – replacement window (protected building) at L'Echelon, 6, Roland Road.

Mr and Mrs L. J. W. Bretel – change of use from garage/store to storage/distribution use class 34 (retrospective) at Mont Morin.

Martian Enterprises Ltd – variations to previously approved plans to demolish existing and erect two dwellings – omit parapets, install one additional first floor window (north elevation) and one first floor and one ground floor window (south elevation) at Strathroy House, Rue Queripel.

Mr P. Nettleship – erect two-storey extension on east side with dormer window and rooflight at Sunberry, 3, Lemon Grove, La Route des Jenemies.

Mr B. Le Page – demolish existing dwelling and outbuilding, erect a new dwelling and relocate vehicular access at Otley, Les Jenemies, La Route des Jenemies.

Mr and Mrs A. Gaudion – erect single storey extensions at rear (south elevation) and side (west elevation) of dwelling and extend driveway to rear of garage at Montsoreau, 3, Rue de la Ree.

St Saviours Land Holdings Ltd – erect a new public house with associated car parking area at St Saviour's Hotel, La Grande Rue.

TORTEVAL

Mr R. Bryce – erect 1.5 storey extension at rear (north-east elevation) with one rooflight on north-west elevation and two rooflights on south-east elevation at Woodsmoke, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr and Mrs F. Murray – demolish sheds and erect timber log cabin/shed, remove section of hedge at La Rochelle Cottage, La Rochelle Road.

Mr P. Bewey – convert garage to habitable accommodation, remove garage door and install window at Chatelier, 5, Hamilton Close, Bordel Lane.

Jurat N. D. McCathie – install replacement windows and repair windows to south elevation, erect shed, remove section of hedge, rebuilding section of wall and install field gate (protected building) at Le Rivage, Rue des Petites Hougues.

Mr and Mrs Brehaut – erect replacement conservatory to rear of property (south-west) at Yambi, Verte Rue.

Mr C. Smith and Miss L. Help – erect a fence at rear – 1.8m high at South View, Rue des Marais.

L'Etoile du Nord Ltd – alter and extend dwelling to create two separate dwellings, extend and alter existing car parking area and erect boundary fencing at L'Etoile du Nord, Plichons Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
