CASTEL

Mr and Mrs B. and D. Acton – install lantern light to existing flat roof (rear elevation) at Willow Grange, Route de la Mare.

FOREST

Mr O. Abbott – change of use of part of packing shed to commercial storage (Storage/Distribution use class 30) and model making (industrial use class 37) (retrospective) at Petersfield Vineries, Rue des Reines.

Mr and Mrs R. Hemans – erect single storey extension at rear (east) at La Molliere, Rue des Fosses.

Mrs B. Hayes – erect earth-covered garage with access drive and form entrance to main dwelling at Le Corvalet, Les Sommeilleuses.

Mr and Mrs J. Cassaday – extend and alter dwelling to create first floor roof terrace, install balustrade and external staircase (south elevation), install window on gable end (west elevation) at Val de la Mer, Les Nicolles.

Mr and Mrs T. Clancy – demolish existing conservatory and chimney stack, extend and alter dwelling and raise roof, install dormer window (north elevation), rooflights and glazed gable ends, install balcony (north elevation) and create dower unit at Panorama, Les Ruettes.

Mr and Mrs P. Wragg – install four solar panels on valley roof towards western end of dwelling – protected building at The Meadows, Route des Blicqs.

Mr and Mrs R. P. Babbe – reconstruct existing outbuildings as ancillary accommodation (dower unit), demolish existing pigsties and erect a lean-to glasshouse (Protected Building) at Les Naftiaux, Rue des Naftiaux.

Mr S. Martel and Miss C. Jenkinson – raise ridge height to extend and alter dwelling, install dormer windows on south-east elevation, two rooflights on north-east elevation, construct extension on north-west elevation, install rooflight and install one rooflight on south-west elevation and enclose part of porch, construct raised planter at The Burrow, Les Caches Road.

Mrs R. Roberts – demolish section of roadside wall to create vehicle access and parking area (revised) at Wood Green, Les Merriennes.

Mr and Mrs A. Flouquet – variation to works previously approved – substitute two dormer windows for one catslide dormer to rear of property (west elevation) and alter gable window (south elevation) at Maison Blanc, Le Martivel Estate, La Ruette.

Mr A. S. Leigh – erect entrance porch at Longridge, Rue des Grons.

Sandpiper CI Ltd – erect replacement single storey extension at rear (south east) and install ramp at Checkers Xpress, Les Petites Mielles.

St Saviour's Landholders Ltd – convert premises into three residential units at St Saviour's Tavern, La Grande Rue.

VALE

Mrs J. Richardson – install a stone memorial bench at land opposite Vale Castle, Castle Road.

Ferryspeed (Guernsey) Ltd – change of use from industrial (use class 38) to storage/distribution (use class 34) at Jones and Bradburn building, Braye Road Industrial Estate.

Mr R. Collas, M. Hamilton and M. Parry – alteration, extension and sub-division of existing dwelling to provide two dwellings with terraces, walls and parking areas. Convert and extend existing outbuildings to create two dwellings with terraces and parking areas and alter driveway (Protected Building) at La Bailloterie, La Bailloterie Lane.

BDC Ltd – remove existing structures and erect packing shed in north west corner of site at Rue du Friquet.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
